Private rooms are available for private parties. We can cater for up to 50 guests.

Chef's Portfolio

I started my career at Babington House where I stayed for 4 years learning the importance of using good seasonal produce. During this time I was lucky enough to work at Michel Bras in France.

I then moved on to The Angel at Heytesbury as sous chef and eventually as head chef, building a reputation for well prepared honest food.

I believe in simple cooking techniques, getting the most out of good quality produce by not overcomplicating dishes.
